Snow expected throughout the country Wednesday as government raises alert level to 'caution'
The government on Tuesday launched a level 1 response under the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters (CDSCHQ), as heavy snow advisories took effect across parts of Daejeon, Sejong, Chungcheong and Gyeongsang.
